Tyler Dingman

Tyler joined Genesis Capital in 2017 and has participated in sellside and buyside M&A transactions for public, private, and family-owned clients across a variety of industries. He is involved in all aspects of the deal process focusing on financial modeling and the drafting of marketing materials.

Prior Experience

Prior to Genesis Capital, Tyler worked at Deloitte Tax in the Multistate Tax Services Group.

Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and is actively involved in ACG Tampa Bay.
