Davis Cooley

Davis joined Genesis Capital in 2021 and is responsible for the development of financial models, the preparation of client facing materials, as well as performing due diligence, research and analysis.

Experience

Prior to joining Genesis Capital, Davis worked as a Corporate Finance Portfolio Management analyst at Truist Bank where he spent time structuring, underwriting and managing leveraged finance middle market transactions across a variety of industries.
