Under the terms of the agreement, ExWorks will provide a loan facility to support Chime’s facility expansion and working capital needs. The growth investment will provide Chime with the necessary capital to expand its existing state-of-the-art contact center to over 100,000 square feet and its headcount by greater than 1,300 employees in less than four months.
