Crdentia Corporation won confirmation of a bankruptcy-exit plan that reserves a greater pool of assets for unsecured creditors than initially anticipated.  On March 17, 2010, Crdentia Corporation, et al. and nine of its subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
