Genesis Capital is pleased to announce that Evans Concrete, L.L.C. (“Evans Concrete”) has been acquired by Quikrete Construction Materials, LLC (“Quikrete”).
Evans Concrete operates both fixed plants and portable plants, supplying commercial and residential projects including bridges, schools, and water treatment facilities, giving it the capacity to supply consistent product quality, responsive service, and deep familiarity with the markets it serves.
