(“AUUA”), the Radiation Oncology Division of Palo Verde Hematology/Oncology, PLLC (“PVCS”) and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”) have been acquired by The Specialty Alliance, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH).
The Company is a multi-disciplinary physician-owned platform providing comprehensive cancer and urology care comprised of multiple, multi-location physician practices, radiation centers, an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and related affiliates comprised of more than 40 providers across 15+ locations in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
