Jonathan Goldman
Jonathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Genesis Capital. He has led numerous successful strategic initiatives for public corporations, family-owned businesses and private companies, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, equity and debt capitalizations and restructurings.
Prior Experience
Prior to Genesis Capital, Jonathan served as Managing Director and Management Committee Member of Robertson Stephens, Managing Director of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, and Vice President of Investment Banking at Credit-Suisse First Boston.
Boards, Affiliations and Organization Involvement
Jonathan serves on several community, philanthropic and company boards. He is a Trustee of the Children’s Healthcare / Emory Pediatric Institute, a Board Member of the University of Texas McCombs Business School, and served as Chairman of the Board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where he continues to serve on the Board Development and Governance Committee. Jonathan is a member of Rotary Club of Atlanta, the International Order of St. Hubertis, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta Charity Clays Executive Committee. He has also served on the Boards of The Paradies Travel Shops, HiCast Sports, MAXEx, The Last Straw, Everybody Wins for Literacy, The Temple, Georgia Special Olympics and Camp Sea Gull Board of Visitors.
