Jonathan Goldman
Jonathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Genesis Capital. He has led numerous public corporations, family owned businesses and private companies in successfully completing key strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, equity and debt capitalizations and restructurings totaling over $45 billion.
Prior Experience
Prior to Genesis Capital, Jonathan served as Managing Director and Management Committee Member of Robertson Stephens, Managing Director of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, and Vice President of Investment Banking at Credit-Suisse First Boston.
Boards, Affiliations and Organization Involvement
Jonathan serves on several community, philanthropic and company boards. Jonathan serves on Boards of the University of Texas McCombs Business School, The Children Healthcare / Emory University Pediatric Institute, The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Atlanta Charity Clays Executive Committee, and is a member of Rotary Club of Atlanta. He is Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and serves as Chairman of CHOA’s Governance and Board Development Committee. Jonathan also serves as a Director or Advisory Board member of MAXEx, HiCast Sports, and The Last Straw, and formerly served as such with The Paradies Shops, Everybody Wins for Literacy, Camp Sea Gull and Seafarer, Georgia Special Olympics and The Temple.
